Can you clear up whether you are or are not sentenced? The crowdfunder says you are but you say you are awaiting a trial. The document you published looks to be a misdemeanour penalty notice which you are going to contest? In that case you are awaiting trial and not sentenced- like a parking ticket which states a penalty but gives the option to contest. Wouldn't it make sense to raise funds after sentencing for an appeal? That would be expensive but defending a misdemeanour would be nothing near as much. I'm sure you'll restack me again and call me a dickhead again for asking but you seem to be allowing others to assume you have been fully and finally judged and I'm not seeing that.
