Last week’s Kafkaesque trial of Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi for “incitement of the masses” and “trivialization or belittlement of the Holocaust” is a flagrant example of the abuse of these ludicrous hatred of speech laws:

• “Profiles in Courage: Prof. Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi” (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/profiles-in-courage-prof-dr-sucharit)

You couldn’t find a gentler, more peaceful human being than Sucharit, and in a rare instance of legal justice, he was exonerated with a Not Guilty ruling (https://neveragainisnowglobal.substack.com/p/sucharit-bhakdi-how-a-humble-man), which the chief public prosecutor has already appealed (of course).

As Sucharit’s defense attorney, Professor Martin Schwab, stated in the courtroom:

“This is not about anti-Semitism, it is about the fear of those who are responsible for the crimes committed during that false pandemic. They fear that Professor Bhakdi might be called as witness for the prosecution in the tribunal against them once all of this is over.”

I’m with you on Mel Brooks as the master of anti-anti-semitism. Can you even imagine trying to get Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, or The Producers made today?? Poor Mel would be tarred and feathered as a Jewish Anti-Semite.
