“…so now I have to go back to the court that acquitted me to be sentenced for the crime I didn’t commit.”

Straight out of Kafka.

I came here precisely to say this! 😂😂😂🪲

I hope IMDb isn’t blocked in Germany as hate speech!

Wow, Germany has a more idiotic government than America, and that's really saying something!

Horace the Menace's avatar

It's not idiotic, and nor is America's. The criminalization of speech, and the construction of judicial machinery to enforce it, is a deliberate policy designed to buttress tyranny. This is Judaism in action.

Starmer too. Four kids got tried for protesting and sentenced as terrorists.

This is utter madness.

This is insane. I feel deeply ashamed about "my" country.

Democracy - a farce

Welcome in good old 1984!

And anyone not recognizing what you say I have no sympathy or use for. They are so highly propagandized and will believe whatever they're told. I'm surrounded by them and they consider themselves highly intelligent! 🤣

KrazyKanuck's avatar

A degree does not make someone intelligent. They are just good at memorizing. Ironically most of them got jabbed. So much for intelligence.

I am truly saddened by this news. What could your sentence possibly be?! I hope your wife is able to give you solace and comfort. I realize the US is no better than Germany as to criminalizing individuals, but what are your true alternatives? Your health is a paramount concern. I have your book "Welcome to the New Normal Reich" You are a brilliant writer.

Cjs explanati9n of Globocorp, written a few years ago, hit the nail on the head. I've never forgotten that essay, and it becomes truer everyday. It will eat all wealth and production, ultimately killing everyone after drain8ng their wealth.

Margaret Thatcher said, "The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money." The same dilemma faces GloboCorp, which is just another form of socialism. Eventually it will run out of people to bleed. It's all a matter of time.

German government to C.J.: "If you disagree with me, you are a Nazi. If you oppose me, you are an anti-Semite. Because of YOUR horrific behavior, I am morally entitled to violate your human rights in whatever way I see fit. If you speak out against me, you will be prosecuted for criminal behavior. We do not make mistakes. YOU do." Q.E.D.

Ummm...preview of US coming attractions, first in the socialist/fascist controlled capitol cities, then spidering out to a court near you. And don't look to SCOTUS to do anything different than Bundesverfassungsgericht did.

It's what Supreme Courts do under totalitarianism, they don't decide so as not to issue official rulings that stand in direct contradiction with constitution's, lest the juxtaposition be so transparently unconstitutional. So they don't rule when they want the next lower court ruling to stand. Which is their decision minus the scrutiny the exposes the unconstitutionality of their decision.

It's what German courts did during the rise of the original Third Reich:

Breathtaking in its audacity. My heart goes out to you. I hope your health is doing better.

These people are monstrous. But obviously one cannot question the Covid “science” in Germany. Modern day fascism.

Is there a way to contribute to your legal fees?

CJ Hopkins, Hüseyin Doğru, and who knows who will be next... European authoritarianism is already here and Germans still live in their delusional democratic world.

Bradley Lewis's avatar

The group delusion is what protects them from seeing reality both within and outside of themselves. It is what is required for authoritarian regimes to rise to power-- fear-based mind-controlled masses. It is coming everywhere in the west, though it seems Germany may be the most primed to "succeed" at this point in Europe. Certainly Canada, U.K., & Australia, probably N.Z. are far down that road already as well.

“now I have to go back to the court that acquitted me to be sentenced for the crime I didn’t commit” —Joseph Heller couldn’t have stated this lunacy better

Oliver Driesen's avatar

I do understand the court's non-explanation for not ruling. They are having a permanent lunchbreak until further notice, so how can you expect them to do actual work in the meantime. And how dare you insinuating inconvenient historical parallels! This is emphatially NOT like 1933-1945, because then everyone in Germany was on vacation.

Charlotte Ruse's avatar

If in the insanity of an Orwellian world-- war is peace, freedom is slavery and ignorance is strength then "hate speech" is nothing more than cordial "love chats." 😁

Christ. It’s as if Dickens and Kafka had a baby, whose grandson became the head of the supreme court in Germany.

There is no law anywhere in Europe, and they've stopped even pretending. There is no international law, by design. The UN is a Rothchild cyborg. I'm glad you're not worried-you have thousands who see what you've exposed.

Here is the state of play in England;

Gotta love Our Democracy. Seriously. You have got to love it or zere vill be Konsequences! I just ordered a copy of your book. I wish I could do more. From a fellow American in Neukölln - although not for much longer. I'll be loading my stuff into my newly acquired van and will gtfo of Berlin by the end of the month. The only problem: where to tear-ass off to? The world does seem to be getting smaller and shittier by the day.

Recently on Reddit, a German asked what Americans think of Germany. The predominant answer seemed to be "Nazis." The current state of affairs there only solidifies my personal viewpoint which is the same. They're still Nazis.
